Vegan High Protein Pancakes Recipe

What you need :

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/3 cup @proteinworld Quick Oats
  • 1/4 cup @proteinworld Pea Protein
  • 1 tsp @proteinworld Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1,5-2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Direction :

Whisk everything in a bowl slowly adding the water until you get the desired consistency. The batter should be quite thick but still pourable. I made them on a nonstick iron pan slightly greased with coconut oil, and then served them with strawberry-maple syrup combination to which you can add whipped coconut cream
